Dr. Rosa Bell, MD is a Board-Certified Neurologist who treats all Neurological Conditions of the Human Nervous System. This Encompasses The Brain, Spinal Cord and Peripheral Nerves. Examples are Migraines, Headaches, Strokes, Seizure Disorders, Epilepsy, Parkinsonism, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Peripheral Neuropathies, Concussion, Lumbar and Cervical Radiculopathies, Sciatica, Neck Pain, and Low Back Pain.
Dr. Bell completed her Undergraduate Education at Tennessee State University, where she was proud to follow in the footsteps of other Innovators in Medicine and Inventors of Medical Technology like Levi Watkins, MD. She went on to Attend Medical School at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Bell then Completed and Internal Medicine Internship at Kettering Medical Center in Ohio.
She completed a Neurology Residency at The University of Cincinnati and subsequently completed a Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at The University of Cincinnati and Children’s Hospital Medical Center gaining specialized competence in Electrocorticography and Brian Mapping in Evaluation of Patients for Surgery to Eliminate and Control Seizures.
She is also Certified in Electromyography and Nerve Conduction Studies
She Was Businesswomen of the Year in 2015
She was Physician of The Year in the State of Alabama in 2016
Dr. Bell has a Passion for Invention and Innovation
She has a Patent Published Concussion system to assess Concussion and Brain Injury in Real Time
She and her Colleagues Created, Fiber-torch, a Trademark Product that is Apple Center Vinegar Based Supplement which promotes Body Alkalinity, Weight Loss and Overall Health
Dr. Bell believes in staying current and implementing current and cutting age technologies in her practice. She persistently attends lectures at Columbia University, Harvard University and has been a Presenter at Institutions such as Wake Forrest.
Dr. Bell is a Member of The Medical Association of the State of Alabama, American Medical Association, American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, American Society of Neuroimaging and the American Academy of Neurology. Dr. Bell also partners with University of Alabama Neurology Department with research and Clinical Trails.
Dr. Bell is the The Founder of The Neurological Care Center, which was funded in 2000.
